About us

A short list of things worth keeping, shipped quietly from Muscat.

What OMAN is

OMAN is a small shop for adult products, run from Muscat and delivered across the Sultanate. We keep the catalogue short on purpose. Instead of listing hundreds of items nobody has checked, we stock a limited range we can describe honestly and stand behind.

How we choose products

Every item in the catalogue is here because it passed three simple tests: the material is body-safe, the build quality holds up to repeat use, and it is straightforward to clean. Where a product is rechargeable, it uses USB or magnetic charging rather than disposable batteries, because the battery is usually the first thing to fail.

We do not stock products we would not explain to a friend. If a listing needs exaggeration to sound appealing, it does not belong here.

Discreet by default

Every order ships in a plain outer box. No shop name, no product name, no invoice inside. The delivery label carries your address and a neutral sender name. The courier knows they are delivering a parcel, not what is in it.

This is not an optional extra. For most of our customers it is the reason they can order at all, and it is the part of the service we protect most carefully.

Where we ship from

All orders are packed and dispatched from Muscat. Delivery is free anywhere in Oman and arrives in 3 to 7 working days, paid cash on delivery. There is no minimum order and no card details are taken online.

How we talk to you

Support is by email at [待填：客服邮箱]. We reply within one working day, and if something arrives damaged or wrong we replace it. We would rather solve a problem once than argue about it.

Who we serve

Our products are for adults. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or older, and we cancel orders where we have reason to believe otherwise.

Why the catalogue is short

A short catalogue means every item is one we have chosen, not one an algorithm picked. It also means we can answer specific questions about any product, because we have handled them all. If you are not sure what you are looking for, write to us and describe it in your own words. That is usually faster than browsing.
