Shipping & Delivery

Everything you need to know about how orders leave our warehouse and reach you in Oman.

Free delivery anywhere in Oman. Orders are dispatched within one working day and arrive in 3–7 working days. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you — cash on delivery, no card details taken online.

Where we deliver

We ship across Oman, Muscat and every other governorate. Delivery is free for every order, with no minimum spend.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same working day. Weekends and public holidays are not working days, so an order placed on Thursday evening typically arrives from Sunday onwards.

Paying on delivery

Cash on delivery only. The courier collects the exact amount shown at checkout — please have it ready, as drivers may not carry change.

Packaging

A plain outer box with no shop name, no product name and no invoice inside. The label carries only the delivery address and a neutral sender name.

If you miss the courier

The courier will call the number you entered at checkout. If you miss them, they will try again the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us and we contact you to arrange redelivery.

Damaged or missing items

If the parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, do not refuse it — accept it, keep the packaging, and email us a photo within 48 hours. We replace damaged or incorrect items.
