1. What products do you sell?

2. How do I place an order?
Select your item → Fill in your name, address, and WhatsApp number → Submit your order. Our customer service team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your order. Your order will only be shipped after confirmation.
3. How will my order be confirmed?
After placing your order, our team will proactively contact you via WhatsApp. Please reply promptly to confirm. No reply = order cancelled.
4. Do you support Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer full Cash on Delivery (COD). We deliver to your door — you pay only after receiving and inspecting your order. Safe and worry-free.
5. Can I inspect the parcel before paying?
Yes! Since we offer COD, you are welcome to open and inspect the contents of the parcel upon delivery. Once you are satisfied, pay and sign for the package.
6. What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across all of Oman, including Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa, Sur, and all other cities and regions. No matter where you are in Oman, we've got you covered.
7. How long does shipping and delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery within Oman: 3–7 business days.
8. Is the packaging discreet?
100% discreet packaging. No sensitive information, no logo, no text — it looks just like a regular parcel. Completely safe and private.
9. Is product quality guaranteed?
All products are made from body-safe materials, properly tested, clean, and safe to use with full confidence.
10. What is your return policy?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
11. When will an order be cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled in the following situations:
- Incorrect or invalid phone number provided
- No reply to WhatsApp confirmation
- Unable to reach customer after multiple attempts
- Fraudulent orders or fake addresses
