Discreet packaging is one of the most repeated phrases in this category and one of the least explained. Here is exactly what it means when you order from us, and what it does not mean.
What the parcel looks like
Every order leaves Muscat in a plain outer box or a plain courier bag. There is no shop name, no product name, no logo, and nothing printed that hints at the contents. The label carries your name, your address, a phone number for the courier, and a neutral sender name.
What is inside
The product sits in its own packaging, wrapped so it cannot move or rattle. There is no invoice, no price list and no promotional leaflet inside the box. If you need a receipt for your records, ask us and we send it by email instead.
What the courier knows
The courier knows they are delivering a parcel from a sender, to an address, for a cash amount. They do not know what is inside, and the sender name on the label does not identify the shop. That is the point: the person handing you the box should not be able to describe what you bought.
What it does not mean
It does not mean the parcel is invisible to your household if they open it. It does not mean the courier will not call your phone to arrange delivery. And it does not mean we can send to a different name or address without telling you: the delivery details you enter at checkout are what appears on the label.
Cash on delivery, and why it helps
You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. There is no card statement, no bank descriptor, and nothing in your online banking that mentions this shop. If you share a bank account, that matters more than the box.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel arrives damaged, or the outer packaging has been opened, accept it, keep the packaging, and email us a photo within 48 hours. We replace damaged or incorrect items and cover the return cost.
The short version
Plain box, no invoice, no shop name, neutral sender, cash on delivery, free delivery anywhere in Oman in 3 to 7 working days. If any part of that is not clear before you order, write to us and ask. We would rather answer the question than have you guess.
